A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Rental Responsibility

The client assumes full responsibility for all rentals, décor, and equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any lost, stolen, damaged, broken, or missing items will be charged to the client at replacement value.

All rentals will be inventoried before and after the event. Any discrepancies will be billed accordingly.

Rental Placement

Once décor, rentals, installations, backdrops, furniture, umbrellas, signage, or other event elements have been installed and approved, they may not be moved, relocated, altered, or adjusted by the client, venue staff, guests, or vendors.

Eternity Events is not responsible for damage, injury, or performance issues resulting from items being moved after installation.

Florals & Balloons

Fresh florals and balloons are considered take-home items unless otherwise specified.

Our pricing includes rental pickup only. Cleanup, trash removal, balloon disposal, and post-event waste removal are not included.

Due to the nature of balloons, Eternity Events cannot guarantee balloon longevity once installation is complete. Weather conditions, direct sunlight, humidity, wind, and handling may affect balloon performance.

Custom Items

Custom panels, personalized signage, and custom-made décor specifically created for your event are yours to keep unless otherwise stated in your proposal or invoice.

Rental-only items remain the property of Eternity Events and must be available for pickup.

Specialty Rentals

Decorative bears, props, furniture, soft play equipment, ball pits, umbrellas, and specialty installations are rental items only and may not be taken home unless purchased separately.

Neon Signs

If a neon sign rental is included, the client agrees to unplug the sign at the conclusion of the event. Failure to do so may result in damage charges if the equipment is affected by excessive use or improper handling.

Weather Policy

Eternity Events is not responsible for weather-related damages, delays, interruptions, or changes to event conditions.

In the event of rain, excessive wind, extreme heat, or other unfavorable weather conditions:

We cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of balloons.
We are unable to return for adjustments, repairs, replacements, or reinstallation after departing the event site.
The client is responsible for providing adequate protection, cover, shade, tents, or indoor accommodations for all rentals and décor.

Umbrella Rental Policy

Umbrellas are decorative shade structures only and are not intended for rain protection.

In the event of rain or strong winds, all umbrellas must be immediately closed and secured.

Any damage resulting from improper use, failure to close umbrellas during inclement weather, or exposure to severe weather conditions will be charged to the client.

Soft Play & Ball Pit Policy

Soft play equipment and ball pits cannot be installed outdoors during active or forecasted rain unless adequate coverage is provided.

The client must provide a suitable tent, covered area, or protected environment. Eternity Events reserves the right to refuse setup if weather conditions may damage equipment or create unsafe conditions.

Pickup Policy

Rental pickup will occur at the agreed-upon date and time.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all rental items are accessible and available for retrieval.

Holiday events may be picked up on the next available business day.

Tableware & Dining Rentals

Clients are not required to fully wash rental dishware, flatware, glassware, or serving pieces before pickup.

However, all items must be gathered and placed in the designated bins or containers provided.

Missing, broken, chipped, stained, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits and retainer payments are non-refundable.

Your deposit secures your event date, inventory, planning time, and resources. By reserving your date, Eternity Events may decline other booking opportunities.

In the event of cancellation by the client, all payments made are non-refundable.

At the sole discretion of Eternity Events, certain rental items may qualify for future event credit. Credits do not apply to custom décor, custom installations, personalized items, labor, design services, florals, balloons, or specialty materials purchased specifically for your event.

Approved credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

Limitation of Liability

Eternity Events shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, weather-related issues, venue restrictions, acts of God, theft, vandalism, or circumstances beyond our control.

The client assumes responsibility for monitoring guests, children, and vendors around rented items and installations.

Photography & Marketing

Eternity Events reserves the right to photograph and share event images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and marketing purposes unless the client submits a written request for privacy prior to the event date.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Eternity Events, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When you inquire about or book our services, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, event details, billing information, and other information necessary to provide our services.

We use this information solely to:

Communicate with you regarding your event.
Process invoices and payments.
Coordinate event logistics and rentals.
Provide customer support.
Improve our services and client experience.

Eternity Events does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with trusted vendors only when necessary to fulfill services related to your event.

Photos and videos taken during your event may be used for marketing purposes, including social media, our website, promotional materials, and portfolios unless otherwise requested in writing before the event date.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information; however, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

By booking services with Eternity Events, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

At Eternity Events, every event is custom designed and thoughtfully created for each individual client. All design concepts, mood boards, renderings, sketches, layouts, mockups, proposals, custom signage designs, installation concepts, styling plans, and creative materials developed by Eternity Events remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eternity Events unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Designs, proposals, inspiration boards, pricing documents, renderings, and custom concepts provided during the planning process may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, recreated, or used by another decorator, event planner, vendor, or third party without the written consent of Eternity Events.

Any custom design work created by Eternity Events is provided solely for the purpose of executing the contracted event. Clients may not use Eternity Events’ designs to obtain quotes from competing vendors or hire another company to recreate the proposed concept.

Eternity Events reserves the right to photograph, publish, and showcase completed designs, installations, and event décor for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and marketing purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of any Eternity Events design concepts, installations, renderings, or creative materials may result in legal action and recovery of damages permitted by law.

By booking services with Eternity Events, the client acknowledges and agrees that all creative concepts and designs developed by Eternity Events remain the property of Eternity Events and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
