•Florals & Balloons are take home. Just a reminder that We do not include cleaning fee in our costs. We only include pick up fee which is the fee for the pick up of the rentals that were delivered to you. We will not pick up any trash or balloons left from the party.

 

•You Are responsible for any damage to or missing decoration/rentals. Everything will be accounted for. Post event we will check our invoice to confirm that nothing has been damaged or missing.

 

•Bears are Strictly rental only. 

 

•Balloon archs are to be picked up the following day. 

 

•In the case we included a neon sign rental please make sure that It is unplugged at the end of your party to avoid the light running out. 

 

•In the case of inconvenient weather we are not responsible For damaged items due to rain and we cannot come back to Rearrange the event as we have other events in-route to take care of. We Do not control the weather or heat of the sun, in the case that the heat or rain causes the balloons to pop we will not Be able to come back to replace those balloons once we have left the premises.

 

•In the case of any rain please know that you are required to close umbrella rentals and put them away. The umbrellas are made of fabric and will not keep you from getting wet. The boho luxury umbrellas are for shade use only  As they do not have the proper coverage for rain events. You will be charged a fee if the umbrellas have not been taken care of By the proper instructions. 

 

•Kindly note: OUR ITEMS & RENTALS CANNOT GET WET. In the case of an permitting weather for your event you are required to provide shade coverage for the items and rentals for your event. In the case of cancellations: the deposit is non-refundable. Eternity Events will accept rescheduling of the event, But in the case of cancellation there will be no refunds or returns. Please keep in mind that we have turned down other clients that have requested your date because you secured your date and items with a deposit once you provided payment when the invoice was sent to you. Due to this deposit we are able to hold your date and block it from over booking other clients. By canceling from your part we will be loosing out on our end. Eternity events understands things happen so we are provide a partial credit that can be used for the future for the rentals but not for the decor, this ONLY pertains to rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, dining sets, silverware, and certain backdrops/ cake stands. 

 

•Finally, any plate settings rentals will be accounted for. Although the items do not need to be fully washed, we ask that you place everything in it’s proper bins so that we are able to count accordingly once we pick up your items. Again, you will be responsible for any missing or broken items, rinsing is preferable.
